First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Nice forum! You have a custom banner, news bar to tell me and others what’s going on so maybe I’ll be more interested in the forum and a chat box to see how friendly and active everyone is. The titles of your boards are very creative. Mission Briefing, New Recruit, Gamers’ Enclosure, they all are nice and fit the theme of your forum.
You also have a nice portal. Everything seems organized. The boxes you have on the right side of your portal our too long in width compared to all the other boxes included in your portal. It would be nice if you could downsize them. Your boxes also extend really far down on the left side of the portal. Maybe take some of those boxes hanging under and move them to the middle or right side of your portal to level everything out.
I find the video that appears to guests in the middle of your forum very unappealing. If you’re going to keep it I’d advice you shrink it and move it to the bottom of the forum or you could take the text from the video and put it in a popup box that shows for guests. Having it smacked down right in the middle of your forum isn’t appealing at all.
Your skin is nice but I just see a lot of white and some blue. Maybe take your new/old buttons and make them a little darker or add some text to them. Some text ideas could be new or old or even N and O. I also suggest doing something with your banner. The text on your custom banner only takes up about 2/5 of the total banner. I suggest adding more to the right side of the banner. Maybe add more text, expand the text or add a soldier from Call of Duty or another figure from a popular game. Otherwise your banner is mostly white with some blue text to the left side. Fill that space on the right.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your categories all look like there in the appropriate order and the same applies for the boards. The way you have those two things arranged and ordered on the forum in my opinion is near perfect. I don’t think anything should be fixed there. Good job.
However, below your “From the News Room” bar and above your chat box you have a small section called Gaming Plant. Why can’t you put “Gaming Planet latest news: Assassin's Creed Ii Slays Ds Nov. 17, Not On Pc” in your ”From the News Room” bar since it’s news? Or put the “Welcome back; your last visit was on:” under or with the bar below your banner that says “Logged in as: My Controls • New Messages • My Assistant • View New Posts• Your Friends". Those two things don’t need to be separate. They all have another place they can go that will allow you to remove the section which will intern make your board even more appealing.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The average amount of posts per member on your forum is 27 after doing some basic division. I find that very good. The user ranked highest on your Post per Day chart only averages four posts a day though. Two members average two posts per day and all the others (seven other members on the chart) average 1 post per day. That is pretty inactive.
According to the stats on your detailed stats page there were two users who were active in the past week. Those two users each had two posts for the whole week. The top two users for the past month each had three posts. Those two users are both Administrators, not regular members.
From looking at your stats on your detailed stats page I must say your forum is really inactive considering you have 354 members. It doesn’t matter how good your forum looks or the layout if it’s not active. Try to boast activity by doing post exchanges or ordering posting packages around the forum here.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have 354 registered members on your forum. The most members ever online in one day was six and that was last accomplished on August 29 2009 according to your stats. You don’t need a lot of staff to manage six members especially when that is the record meaning it was a onetime thing.
You currently have four administrators and two global moderators. You have way more than necessary to manage the amount of active members you have. Unless those staff are really advertising and trying to get the site active there is really no need to have that them.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
On some of your board descriptions you don't include punctuation. Make sure to put a period or explanation mark after each sentence. I also read through your Terms Of Conditions, Updated May-22 -08 thread and came across some more grammatical and punctuation errors. Make sure you use spell check and proof read important posts like rules and announcements. Some of your other announcements and rules contained poor grammar too. I advise you reread and fix any mistakes you find in really important threads or posts.

Final Remarks:
What was most liked about the website/forums: You have a very nice theme and layout. After you fix the few things I mentioned about the new/old icons and your custom banner it will be exceptional and you should no longer have to worry about it.
What was disliked most about the website/forums: Your activity level is very, very poor. You need to focus all of your time on getting all your boards active again not just by having staff post but by having regular members posting. I included some suggestions to help you in the main part of this review.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?: You need to get activity back. Nobody wants to join an inactive forum that only averages a few posts per day.
