First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I like the banner first of all. Although I do not know why it is blue? It seem that some editing has been done to it since I have last visited your forum. It looks good though. I also really like the text in the banner, it compliments it really well. You've made many changes to the appearance of the forum to be honest. The background looks stunning compared to the bland boring, one. Try not to over-complicate the forum though. It may start to looks a little messy. Nice favicon to, I like the way you have chosen to use a wand it really blends with the genre and forum colours.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout is very jumbled and not organised. I think the half term countdown is a massive off-put and should be put down. 1. Because the colours don't match. 2. Because some people simply will not care. Lol, I really love the way you have added music to the site but again it may become a bit annoying. You should either hide it or keep it in the sidebar. Your layout is on the verge of looking messy, just lay back and try making the forum looking relaxed.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Statistics are very good for the time you been open, subz. Over 300 members with only 85 members is a very good p-m ratio. Keep up the good work in this area. Just keep on doing what you're doing and the forum will just keep growing. More and more advertising can't do you any harm either
😉 Also lots of exchanges and maybe if you have spare $$ advertise on some harry potter fan sites. That will gain ALOT of member.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Erm, I am a tad puzzled when it comes to this bit. It's quite hard to see who's who due to the awesome ranks you have
😛 Is the professor the moderator? If so, I think you're really over staff for the amount of members you have. Being over-staffed can often drive people away from a forum and that may be happening on your forum. One more thing, I love the ranks you have... there so cool!

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your grammar isn't shocking but it's easy to find mistakes. For example:
Please Use the Report Feature , if you notice any posts that is offending for you.You can Report Posts througha the "Report" Icon to the right side of every posts

There are some places where there shouldn't be a double space with the comma. There should also be a space after the full stop and I don't think througha is a word. So it should be through. A big help with grammar is Google Chrome which tells you when you make a spelling mistake. I recommend you use it.
