First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your site looks pretty good visually. I'm not sure that I like the silver in spots (mostly in the header), but it doesn't really affect the appearance of the site much. The color scheme is pretty good, and your banner at the top is pretty awesome. I also like the cool footer banner you have. I think that your site's design is pretty awesome aside from the silver. I would recommend changing the silver to a darker color; the silver looks really out of place in my opinion.
Your site also looks pretty good activity-wise. You don't have any empty forums, and you've got a decent amount of posts and members at a glance. Your amount of users connected in the past twenty-four hours is rather low, though. That may be unappealing to some guests.
Overall, my first impression of your site was pretty good.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your forum layout is pretty good! It's concise, organized, and focused on the main theme of your site. Your site seems like it's very easy to navigate. It's hard to get lost when there are only a few forums on the index. I wouldn't recommend changing your forum's layout at all; it's really good the way it is.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
According to my calculations, your forum currently receives between thirty-five and forty posts per day, and you have about thirty-five posts for each of your fifty-four members. These statistics aren't terrible, but there's still room for improvement. From what I've seen, other gaming sites seem to get a lot of success from backlinks. You should definitely try affiliating with other gaming sites. Having backlinks on their sites will help your search engine rankings. It may also attract some of their gamers to your site. You'll definitely want to post around on some other gaming websites wearing your site's signature banner as well. Some of the resources on FP may also be valuable to you; there are many tricks posted on this forum that you can use to promote your site. You may also want to start some contests related to Call of Duty to create some more interest in your site.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
It appears that you have two administrators and one moderator at this time. I definitely wouldn't recommend hiring any more staff members for the time being. It seems that all of your staff members are active on your site, and they appear to do a very nice job of welcoming new users to the site. They also appear to do a decent job of creating content on the forum. It appears that your staff members are doing the best they can. I wouldn't recommend any changes to your staff at this time.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your forum descriptions are pretty weak. The grammar seems pretty good, but I would really recommend rewriting them. Make it clear that you know what you're talking about when it comes to CoD. Make your forums sound like a lot of fun. Right now, it doesn't appear that you've put a lot of effort into your descriptions, and they are important. Descriptions are one of the things that guests use to judge a site. I would definitely recommend rewriting them.
