First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I have to say wow, you have made a massive improvement to the forum. I really loved the creation of your banner, it is so neat, smooth, and professional, although I would suggest making your slogan block capitals, even though it isn't neccessary. I liked the theme as that has improved a lot since last time, although I am not sure of the all grey. It just doesn't make the forum feel bright and space like. Perhaps tweaking it and make the images more space related, also to your background as it would look beautiful with the stars or planets in the background. I am not a fan of the side bar as I think the the width of the forum is bad, perhaps having a feature to disable it or another theme the exact same but with a fixed width.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I think the site was laid out quite well, as the discussion seem to come first and all the other stuff below, plus members love the discussion and me too. Some of the finds are great and you should continue posting them to amuse members. One thing I didn't like was the advertisement, I understand when you register it removes but honestly it can drive guests in, but mostly drives guests out, because we don't know if we register our profile can be flooded with advertisements. As said above, I am not a fan of the side bar and having a way to disable it would be great, as you get those people who dislike side bars and the people who like them. I wasn't too sure about Education & Language as most people who come on forums likes me want too escape the education zone, although it is a helpful thought but not needed. Perhaps have an Internation Off-Topic subbed in the General Discussion forum. I would also suggest deleting or moving Requests to Suggestions as it is not entirely needed.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your member base has picked up so much and has come to proved that you can be successful and have a future. Your statistics are okay, not exactly great considering you opened two months ago. Try promoting around a bit more, and look for some people to sponsor the site and get a bit of money for paid posters. Also leveling out some topics in forums would look 110% better in my opinion. Perhaps try and get you and your staff to post at least five topics a day, in a forum but split it between yourselfs or two topics per section each staff member to keep members coming back. Also offering daily topic/post competitions with great cash prizes works as many forums have exceeded with tens of thousands posts and members walked away with money in their back pocket.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I wasn't too impressed with some of your staff list, as you have five staff members only just over one hundred members. Four of them being moderators and only one of the moderators with null posts. First off I would think hard and remove two off the staff members to VIP or some type. Only remove two off your least workers and keep the one you know that will do good. Also most of your staff's posts are either ''Good post
😛'', ''Great Find
😀'' or ''Interesting post''. They are all worthless posts that are not really relevant, perhaps have a posting rule for more than ten words per post.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I was not impressed by grammar and spelling as you have not bothered to improve since last time. If you take at least 3 science forums or a forum your genre and compare them to each another one thing they all have in common is their descriptions are descriptive, they know what they are talking about and check over spelling and grammar.

Both Languages and Internation and Homework & Questions should have a full stop next them.
All of your The Science of.... forums should have a full stop next to them and you should describe them better as I don't have a clue what some of these are.
Also your rules are not the best, as some of the staff seem to be breaking your copyright law as they copy most of the article and discuss, also try and enforce your rules more.
Your professionalism is a bit lacking, as you seem to lay back a bit but don't seem to enforce your rules and I think it is the staff that let you down most, try having a word with them to improve this.
