First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Didn't really blow me away here to be honest, two things I noticed right off the bat which distracted me was the top guest bar thing and the extra whois floating on the left. You already have a built in who is online in phpBB, I suggest you get rid of the extra one. Your link colors should be different in the top guest bar, right now it's hardly readable and when you hover over the link, it blends in with the background. Maybe you can have white and light blue on hover. I love you logo, it looks great, the text style and everything about is awesome. Other than the logo, the style itself had nothing special/custom to your forum. At first I had no idea what your forum was about, maybe you should try to make it a bit more clear.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
BiggestFish is a general discussion forum or so I assumed. You have, I think, a bit too many categories for a forum this new. Instead of the General category, you should have a "Sites Forum" category and under it would be "Site News + Announcements","suggestion & feedback" & any other site related forums. You have the forums in the right categories but your categories seem to be unorganized. I think I understand that you tried to do, have site forums and then have the discussion forums, in which case I think it is the best to go about.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Considering it has been less than 2 weeks, I think you're stats are pretty good. Although during my time on the forum no one was online, neither a registered member or any guests. You have 216 posts total with a member base of 37 members, which I think isn't good enough; with 37 members you should have around 400-500 posts. But I'm sure many of the 37 members aren't active, therefore your stats are decent to say the least. You posts in all forums except Website Feedback & Spam Section, try to fill in these forums, no one likes to see an empty forum.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Including yourself, you have two admins, the other admin has only 1 posts. Your moderator only has 10 posts. I think you are ought to look for more active staff members. You have one admins and one mod which is more than perfect for a forum your size. You shouldn't get more staff members until you have crossed over the thousand mark (posts). Your staff members' activity really affected you in this.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Perhaps I didn't catch something but I think you have perfect spelling and grammar on your forums. You have all the correct punctuation marks where need, capitalization etc. You can probably increase in your professionalism; for example changing "Got a website or blog?" to "Have a website or blog?" makes it sounds tons better.
