First Impressions & Appearance
I really like your logo. When I first visited that was the first thing I looked at. It's easy to read, tell's us you are a general discussion forum and blends well with the blue header background. The theme is really nice. I like how well the blue and white blend together, especially the navigation hover. I like the forum icons that signify new and old posts, however I didn't see any icon that tell's users the forum uses for new posts. I only noticed the icons for no new posts and a redirect forum.
I like the table at the bottom for the 'Forum Friends' images. What I didn't like was how fast they were scrolling. You could maybe look at reducing the speed, or not having it scroll altogether.

Site Layout
I looked through the sections and seen that you had a forum for nearly every subject. However, there was a couple I didn't see which could benefit the forum being a general discussion board and all. I didn't see any section which could be used to discuss games and their consoles or a section for sports. You could possibly add these for a trial period to see how they get on, I am sure they will boost your activity more. I seen that your hobbies and crafts section was located under the 'Miscellaneous' category. I would of thought this section would be put under the 'Lifestyle' category, as it is to do with your life. Overall though, you have a great amount of sections which will keep members happy and enjoying the discussions around the board.

Statistics and Activity
You have been open only 9 days and already achieved the 1,440 post mark with only 37 members. Very well done on this behalf. I had a look at the statistics page and could see that the administrator had 455 topics compared to other members who only have 24 or less. I would try and encourage members to start topics as having an administrator with that amount of topics for such a small board makes the forum look desperate. But I can see that the forum is quite active with many members staying active and logging in daily. I can also see that the board get's a lot of visitors as when I've visited there has always been at least 4 other guests viewing.

Staff Moderation
I could see that the staff are active on the forum, they have been keeping things running nicely and I can honestly say I couldn't see any sign of flaming, SPAM or even arguing around the topics I read. I also like how the groups in the legends are clickable, this is great as it gives members a chance to see who the correct member of staff they should be contacting if they ever needed to. However, there is a big difference in post count with the administrators. One of them has over 500 posts and the other only has around 65. You should really be interacting more with over 1,000 posts on the forum, I can't see why this isn't the case at the moment.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I can safely say that most category titles, forum titles and the descriptions are all spelled correctly with the correct use of grammar. I did notice on the 'All About Life' description that it didn't have a capital on the beginning of the second sentence.
Browsing through the forum topics I could see that the administrator hasn't been reviewing their posts before submitting them. Here are some examples of the incorrect spelling and grammar I found:

Which should be:

Over the next Month i will carry on in the background installing more,But as i need to do my own forum aswell i just need concentrate on mine for a few days.If there are any mods you would like to see then please let me know so i can try n install them(This is the most upto date smf so some mods are not avalible)

They were both taken from topics made by two different administrators. Try and spell check your topics/posts before submitting them, it will make you look much more professional if they are spelled correctly and have proper use of grammar.

Staff spelling and grammar and getting members to make more topics. You can't have staff making them all.
