First Impressions & Appearance
I like the forums color scheme and theme in general. It looks nice, the colors don't hurt my eyes, and I like the width of the forum body. One of the few things that I don't like about the forums appearance is how there's an advertisements at the very bottom of the forum table. I think that it looks awkward and doesn't fit very well there. I also really like the favicon. Even though there's not really any green in the theme itself, it looks nice as the abbreviation in the favicon.
I think that you should center the "Forum Contains New Posts, Forum Contains No New Posts, Forum is Locked" text and images that are under the forum statistics. I think it would look better.
I'm curious as to why the current table advertisements use the Forumansion affiliate button? At a first glance I thought that no sites were using the advertisement spaces and looked over it. I think that if a user requests that service and doesn't have their own affiliation image to use, then you should have a plain black button to use for them instead of just using the Forumansion affiliation button.
I think that the background color for this text "Enter our FOTM #17 Competition! Read more..." should be a light blue or a gray and that the border for it should be a dark black or a dark blue.

Site Layout
I think that you should make the "Archive" promotion sub forum not viewable on the index. If the forum doesn't meet the forum guidelines to be posted or is down then people don't need to see it from the index because it's not of worth or value. Other than that I can't find any faults with how the forums layout. It's very easy to navigate through and organized.

Statistics and Activity
It looks from the forums that the board is decently active - and the statistics themselves back that up. From dividing the amount of posts by the amount of users I see that the average post per user is about thirty posts - that too is good. Although I say that you have decent activity, that doesn't mean that you can't improve it. A good goal would be to have the average amount of posts per user up to forty or fifty. Also, I think that certain sections need more posts - the "text Ads", "Buy, sell trade", "forum and hosting support", and other forums that have a dramatically low post count compared to the other forums around it.

Staff Moderation
Most of your staff look good in regards to activity, but I notice that some haven't even logged on in about a week. That's good -- all staff members should be logging on at least once a day (with exceptions). Staff members set an example for the rest of the forum, and if they're not active, then how can you expect regular members to be? That's like if an anti-drug teacher started smoking pot after finishing teaching an anti-drug lesson. Although most of them seem to be at least a little active on the forum (of course, there's always room for improvement), which is good. Overall, the staff doesn't seem to be bad - but there's room for improvements.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I couldn't find any spelling or grammar mistakes in any of the forum descriptions. However in the first forum in the first category the first 'sentence' of the description was "Stay updated.". I think you should either remove that or remove the period, make the capital 'T' (in the word 'the') a lower case 't', add in a comma, and change the words to say "Stay updated for..." then continue with what the rest of the description originally said and says.
However, in the forum rules I found a few spelling mistakes. Some of which being "wether" which is supposed to be "whether", "your" is supposed to be "you're" in the context, and some others. I would recommend that you read through the rules topic or paste it into a spell check (although the spell check may not pick up on certain errors like using 'your' instead of 'you're'.)
