First Impressions & Appearance
You have a very attractive theme and it really pulls me in. I like all the javascript going on and the flow of the images. It makes for a very nice header. I just love how your header is layed out and how you managed to keep it smooth.
You have a nice gaming theme, and it doesn't feel too boxy either. You have glossy graphics making the forum feel more modern. I also like the welcome/login box above the forum list. It is short and sweet and I can quickly see what it says at first glance.
I also like the thread page. Reading is easy because the text stands out. It is a very simple page but it still looks good. I also love how you have your affiliates set up. I like that you have yours next to the affiliates.
I am not sure if you have any control over the ads in the welcome box, I'd remove it. I know your host may restrict it I am not 100% sure but if you can, I'd jump at the chance.

Site Layout
As I've said I like how your site is layed out. The affiliates look very nice and the welcome box is very well placed.
I'd move Gamer's Hangout above Gaming Discussion. It would help provide news faster. Something like how at the moment the PSN network is down and people are looking for information so having it closer to the top and easily accessible will really help.
Everything else looks pretty good, in the nav bar at the top however, I'd make portal the first link in the bar because it is sort of a 'mainpage' to the forum.

Statistics and Activity
All of your forums have a lot of activity. The only forum I can see with little-no activity is the Game Reviews forum. I can see why it would be but as the admin I'd try and contribute to as many reviews as possible. It's what people read before making a decision whether to buy a game or not!
Your forum has a lot of activity which seems to have kicked up in the past few days. I'd make some promotional activities to boost your posts - making your forum more lively and have a stronger community.
I'd also promote a lot of gaming chatter. It's what your forum is about!

Staff Moderation
You have a pretty powerful staff team. You are holding down the fort and don't have any real issues on the forum behavior. You don't have any real specialty staff (which if I were you I may look into for something like game reviews, a professional reviewer).
You have a very strong but very small staff team. Keep doing what you're doing. It is working great for your forum staff wise.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
As far as I can tell posts from you are all spelled right and grammatically correct. That is good seeing as you are the only admin and you basically represent the forum.
All of your forums are very well written. I love all your descriptions. Short and sweet, it looks and is very good.
🙂 You seem to start alot of your descriptions with "Discussions" though. Try mixing it up a bit. Like "Talk about ____ here and enjoy the community!".
Your rules are pretty well written, I'd keep a lot of it generic though. Because some situations may not fit what is written. They are very nice however. Very professional and gets to the point. Not long a dry rules. :great:
