Hi, my name is C. Grigg. I recently met Margaret Boyd through my good friend who has been assisting me in helping the community of Clover. Mrs. Annette Abouissa brought to my attention a resident of Clover, Margaret Boyd, who had some severe problems with her home.
Margaret Boyd contacted Annette Abouissa because she was having foundation problems and she had a carbon monoxide leak in her house. She did not have the funds to make repairs and reached out to Annette for help. Annette as she always does reaches out for assistance. Dan Dyszelski, with Charlotte Mechanical, sent a technician out the very next day to check. It was determined by Charlotte Mechanical that she had a serious carbon monoxide leak. It was so dangerous that they had to turn off her heat altogether by law. Dan agreed to put in a heating and air unit and condenser at no charge.
We are so thankful to Dan Dyszelski and Charlotte Mechanical for donating a heating and air unit and condenser to Margaret Boyd.
We are starting this GoFundMe for the much-needed repairs now to the foundation of her home. The foundation is missing in much of the home and urgently needs to be repaired to keep the floor from caving in and becoming worse. This will be a very costly repair, but if we can get the house supported, we can slowly work towards getting the foundation fixed.
