We are now offering a merger with another forum.
If you have a forum but are not 100% happy with how it is going, read on: (no need to read on if you're happy with your forum)
We are offering another forum to 'join' us. What would happen is you would receive a full category of your own. Example: if your forum name is
bananas are yellow you would be given a category on the forum with your forum name. Say you have a dozen message boards, then those message boards would be on Funjoint in its own category. If your forum has lots and lots of messages then they'd have to be condensed as we don't want too many in the one category.
The admin of that forum that merges in with us would automatically be on staff. AT LEAST a moderator position (possibly higher). If you have other staff, then positions for them can be discussed.
The catch: As you are merging with us, your forum would have to close. It goes on MM with a link to Funjoint. You must also have AT LEAST 6 active members and they must also be willing to move to Funjoint and also be active and/or regularly visit. Any members that move including the admin will have their post count from your forum given on Funjoint. The more members you have that would be prepared to join our already very active forum the better.
Other info: The Funjoint link would remain but it can be discussed re the name of the forum. Funjoint can possibly become Funjoint incorporating ......
This is to be a merger not a takeover. Your members would be looked after and made to feel very welcome.
Funjoint is 15 years old and everyone talks to each other and everyone is made welcome.
The idea of this is to create a SUPER FORUM.
