These could use a bit of improvement! What I am suggesting is that you maybe work with the colors and make it more subtle. Instead of having a stop in the middle make it a smooth gradient.

If you decide to keep the same color scheme, you may want to consider changing the text color to something that you can see at a glance.

My suggestion for the noise is to keep the percentage low. 1% - 3%, Monochromatic and Gaussian.

Pink is an awesome color. It shouldn't be a primary color, but it's a nice bright color that can add a bit of flavor to designs. Thanks for the feedback. 🙂
