Considering no rev, the domain and your traffic rank. I would estimate your forum from $20-$60
 
The forum has some worth, though not a great amount since you can't move it off from Forumotion. The domain can be transfered, so that has also some worth. Infolinks account with it wouldn't be much as the next owner will still need to continue contextual links and there is every chance that the account could get banned.

I would say around $30 (mainly the domain with PR2). I may be well off, but for a forumotion, you really can't offer any more.
 
Any reason why you can't accept PayPal? So what do you plan?
