So, for the past couple of weeks, I have been dealing with a furnace that went out; which in turn is making me have to use our wood burning stove. We had the repair guy over and he said that all of the parts to the starter needs to be replaced (not the furnace itself, but the thing that lights the fire that heats the air going through it), and we are currently waiting to see if he can find the parts needed to repair it.
Thankfully I just put a new furnace in before the winter. Couldn't believe how expense it was. We installed central air and a brand new furnace and it was $5,500. Crazy.
Dude, that sucks! Hopefully, the part you need won't be expensive and they will be able to get it in quickly. That sucks that it went out while it's still cold outside.
