Domain (www.FIFAUT.net) and database. Valuations?

For the domain, database, theme etc...Honestly I wouldn't consider buying it.
Though I do not play Fifa or anything.
Perhaps right above domain value?

I would say somewhere around $10, probably less though as the domain appears to not have long left before it needs renewing. It is a good domain though which will add value to it but regarding the forum I am not seeing any content worth purchasing. 😉

How would you recommend me raising the value?

Well develop it really well, and get a unique set of loyal and active members then experiment with ways to make money.
If it makes like $100 a year then it'd be easy to sell for $100+ to a buyer with long term goals.

Or...don't begin so many new projects - focus on one at a time

How would you recommend me raising the value?

I would start adding more content if I was you but concentrate on the FIFA areas first if you can. Also when advertising try and refer a few of your mates who play FIFA to your site and see what they think of it. 🙂
