First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Given the name Future Ads, I was expecting something that really stands out. But at first glance, it seems a tad bland. Don't get me wrong, the theme is not bad, it is just not very good. The banner is very nice. It is usually hard to find one that looks nice, and has simple, easy to read text.

The forum is simple. For a promotion forum, it is completely uncluttered, which is very rare. There are no pop-ups, over sized advertisements, etc.

The forum links to the right of your banner are very helpful. This is extremely useful for guests, new users, and hopeful staff members. Maybe add a few links for services that are running a little slow right now, or contests.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I like the layout. Everything is lined up perfectly, and nothing seems out of place. The ads at the bottom are placed nicely, so that there is no clutter or annoyance for anyone.

I'm not sure that the rules redirect is necessary. Just have a link at the top of the page, or make a global announcement, which brings me to another point. You have 5 global announcements. This seems a little much to me. The cash GA is pointless, users will figure this out quickly. The new theme should not be a GA, just post it in the news section.

Considering you just opened, that is pretty good. So at first glance, I have no complaints. But as I look closer, I see you have 286 posts. That is roughly 36% of all the posts on the forum. I know you are the admin, but that is an alarming statistic. I am not saying you should stop posting, but more people need to be active in posting.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
You have one package staff. Given the amount of requests, you need more staff ASAP. It was not a good idea to open a free service with only one staff member to do it.
3 admins...is this necessary so early on in the forum? More moderators would be better.
One each of analytics and graphics team. I would suggest getting another analytics team member. With free services, people may request them like hotcakes.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
VG HQ - Make it Video Game HQ. Some people do not know what VG stands for, and it is an awkward abbreviation.

"If your a beginner gamer or if you play it nonstop talk about the online and offline world of Gaming!" --> "If you're a beginner gamer or if you play nonstop, talk about the online and offline world of Gaming!"

Design disc. "what your making," your -> you're/you are. You make this mistake a lot on the forum. "Your" shows possession, "you're" is a contraction for "you are"

"If you are starting a new site let us know about it here. By doing this you can store updates and let us know more about your site so this may increase activity once your site is actually opened." -->"...and let us know more about your site. This may increase activity once your site is actually opened."

Take out the smilie on Site Reviews. It looks unprofessional.

The grammar and spelling is mostly perfect, just watch out for the attack of the "your".

How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website? I have nothing against your forum, it is very nice. However, I would need you to fix the staff problems, and come up with a unique service or two to make me want to join.

The you/you're was my design leaders fault.I copied what he wanted in the descriptions. 😛 I will fix it though as I never relized!

The 'How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?' is a bit weird and you have joined anyways! Is that part of the review template or something?

I joined because of exchanges. And I'm not trying to point any fingers, just trying to help you fix some things. 🙂

Hey there GenChat, yeah, that "How could I..." part is part of the template.

Great first review agentmanningctu. :great:

286 posts in 5 days?

Nobody can say you aren't putting any work into it. That's commitment! And for almost 800 posts in 5 days, the FIRST 5 days that is REALLY impressive. Keep up that sort of hard work and clearly long hours put into it and you should be quite successful.

I think at the very beginning it's not unusual for the admin to carry a bigger share of the weight. They're the one who has to get the ball rolling.

Hey guys, I wouldent keep replying to the topic, if you want to give some criticism or would like to chat with the reviewee or reviewer, PM. 🙂
