Gah!! My logo isn't showing up.

I switched my forum to teh root, and the logo quit showing up but all the other images do..

Link is http://myteenchat.net
It says the logo is in the forum.myteenchat.net directory when I changed it to my knowledge.

That's where your current banner is linking too, which isn't found.

Moreover, you will have to remove the /phpbb/ part from the link to your header, as you moved everyting out of that folder to the root folder (public_html).
