I believe the banner is default on the Gamernade theme of ForuMotion. You have a nice amount of discussion forums to discuss in, but there's no activity. I suggest you satrt making some threads so that registering members will be able to have something to discuss and stick with the forum. Good luck with your forum. 😉

I've started topics and advertising but it's a nightmare. To be honest, I do neep help. And it is the default banner, but since its a public banner, no harm no fail right? Hopefully i'll get a new one but im pretty crap with photoshop, so when some new members join i'll ask them to design one

I really like the banner to be honest, only thing I don't like is the forum icons being in different places to each other and also you should put a couple of topics in the empty forums. I'd say your site has some potential.
