He means get a different theme than the default. The best SMF themes are from http://dzinerstudio.com

They're amazing!

Thanks and I looked at a lot of themes and I want you to consider this:
Having a custom theme with non-optimized images can slow down a forum.

I installed one on the first day and the forum slowed. I put it to the default and it loaded fast.

HOWEVER, I will keep it in mind if I ever decide to.
