gameplay video uploads?

so i own a cod forum (www.codlounge.com) and i want to be able to make a part where you can upload gameplay photos or pictures onto my forums from your computer or possibly your camera/recording device
i imagine this would be hard as
1) I would need a database probably
2) i have no experience in coding
3) it on everyone's favorite software zetaboards *sike*

would it be possible for me to do?
if it is, could someone possibly help me with it?

I am sure there is a way on phpbb.. through an attachment.. unless you mean uploading them into one area... but still the attachment thing should still work..

I am sure you could find some sort of uploading thing, google your question (but try to keep it to the point) depending on what software you were looking to use.
