Pros
First of all, very nice change. You have made a complete 180 turn around on the forum, it looks a lot sleeker, modern and more detail on your graphics. I am also loving the game reviews part, and adding a little peek at latest game reviews on the sidebar is a huge plus.
Your logo is very nice, it has a montage of video games in the background. The text is also very well done. It looks pretty amazing! I also love the box called Share This. Great use of the buttons and very nice job using the +1 button

Cons
I'd still look at trying to find a way to remove those Home links if it goes to the same place the Forum link goes. As right now you don't have a homepage.
In the future you will have to change those buttons to not show the # of people who recommended it because it would start looking messy but for right now it looks fine.
Final/General Thoughts
Not a lot of cons this time, you really improved and you have the chance to be really big.
