Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance
First time visiting the site, it looks very nice. You have a very smooth style complimented by some very nice images. However I don't feel that you logo really reflects your site. I am kind of in the middle about it. It isn't bad and it isn't good. It doesn't exactly scream gamer but it does have that feel to it. I don't know. The logo is just an issue with me. Maybe incorporate more images or different colors?
I also noticed the Home and Forum link go to the same place, so why have both? If you don't have a homepage remove the link going to it.
IT also looks moderately active when you first look at it, even though the theme isn't intimidating
🙂 However you need more flavour to your theme. More exciting things rather than blue white and yellow. It just feels so generic and not very gamer-ish.
Overall, nice theme but you could work on some things.

Site Layout
Your site really could be laid a lot better. You don't have too many active forums so having so many forums just strands out the little bit of posts you have. Basically I'd say combine as many forums as you can. I don't think you need a general forum for each console and I think you could have all the consoles in one category and all the PC gaming forums in another category. That way it is more combined and more together and easier to navigate (say than through a couple of categories).
I think Suggestions and help should be one forum. They seem redundant and could very well hold the same topics or very similar topics. I'd also move affiliates down to the bottom of the index, it seems more appropriate there and would be away from the ads on the sidebar.
I'd just try and combine forums a lot more. Make your index smaller, work on that.

Statistics and Activity
You have a pretty good amount of posts. For being open for only a week or two that is a great response. You have some pretty nice activity. Obviously this forum is too new for me to suggest something like a contest or such, but since it is new and small, I would personally greet each new member. Send them a non automated PM saying welcome and hope you and enjoy. Hard work does get repaid. Make them feel welcome and apart of your community as soon as they are aboard.
It seems like it is pretty much the whole community making posts regularly. That is really be sure to maintain the community strength. That is a big plus. I'd really push at being close to your community.
Overall you have some pretty great activity just be sure to stick with your community and that will follow for a long time.

Staff Moderation
For your forum being so small I can't exactly rate you so tough on this because newer forums generally have less spam/trolls/problems to deal with. You do have a good amount of staff and you seem to be really doing your part for the community. Great job and keep doing what your doing. Be sure to check for spam registered members though.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
First off, I noticed a lot of announcements are made by non-staff. Obviously if you are going with the professional look, this doesn't work however I like the idea. They may be retired staff but there is no indicator of that. They just have the new member title. I also have to say the Forum Rules are not very clear or professional. IF you want them to last I suggest you completely rewrite them. Take 30 mins to write it and make sure everything is covered. This is a really important part of forums.
Other than that pretty good job on spelling and grammar. I also like how there are no forum descriptions because they pretty much are self explanatory with the images and forum title.
