Ummm, that was kinda unecessary. if you're not gonna be able to keep from negative comments, it's allowed ... but add something to back up your statement.

PMs and PM advertising - UPDATED.
We are getting tired of people advertising via PM and we are introducing stricter rules to try and stop this. From now on depending on how much you PM advertise you could face a permanent ban from forum promotion. If you have been caught once you will be put into the PM Restricted group which is a group of members who have had there PM's taken away from them. If you have been caught quite a couple of times OR you have sent about 5+ messages at the same time you will be banned permanently from the forum.
As yoiu can see, your PM's have been restricted. PM advertising shows weakness, and laziness in your part to work for your members.

i didn't mean to start a chain reaction, but i just don't respect some who PM advertises, unless it's to the Admin himself, trying to affiliate, or offering a site to benefit each other.
It is annoying and if we allowed it to happen everybody would send one and i am guessing you wouldn't like 100 pm's a day in your inbox would you? This is a rule on every forum and every forum you will get in trouble for it as it is one of the so called "Un written" rules of forums along with posting spam on the forum and threatening other users and so on. These are all rules on forum and when you join you should assume that these are the rules unless of course they allow you to threaten users or spam the forum or pm advertise (which i highly doubt) whether they say these are the rules or not.
hcfwesker had no intention to make you like a criminal. You are not the first person to PM advertise here and you definitely won't be the last as quite often people sign up with the intention of pm advertising which is why we stopped new users being able to send pm's. People still do though and that is a fact of life.
