First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Your forum has a lot of aesthetic appeal! Your banner looks awesome, and the rest of your theme looks really great as well. I know right away that I'm on a gaming website; your theme suits your site's focus very well. The only complaint I have about your theme is that the silver strip directly under the logo looks out of place. Other than that, though, your theme looks wonderful!
Your forum looks slightly inactive at a glance, however. You don't have any empty forums, but your statistics don't look very solid at first glance.
My first impression was slightly positive, but not extraordinary.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your index is concise, and you've organized it very well. I'm sure your users appreciate the fact that you've made your forum very easy for them to navigate. Your layout is also focused very well on the central theme of your site; the gaming category is the biggest of the three. Although your layout is concise, there is still plenty of room for discussion. I don't think you need to worry about your layout at this point.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
Your site currently averages approximately twenty-five posts per day. You have fifteen posts for each of your nineteen members. Your forum isn't dead, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. Firstly, I would recommend doing some post exchanges since your forum is still very new. These will provide you with some start-up activity to make your forum appear more active to prospective members. Secondly, I would recommend signing up on some other gaming forums and posting around a bit wearing your forum's signature banner. This may attract the eyes of some gamers. Thirdly, you may find some of the services at Forum Promotion and abroad to be useful for your purposes. If you request a banner ad, then your awesome banner might attract the eyes of some people interested in games.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
Your forum currently employs one administrator and two global moderators. This seems like a good amount of staff members to start with, and I wouldn't recommend hiring any more unless your forum begins to grow quickly. All of your staff members appear to post quite actively on the forum. This is great; it shows that your forum is being taken care of by its staff. Your staff members also appear to do a good job of welcoming users to the forum, making them more likely to stay. Overall, I think your staff members are doing a very good job so far.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
I see few grammatical errors in your descriptions, but your descriptions are very bland and robotic. I would recommend writing new descriptions for your forums that make them sound more interesting and fun to post in. Since I want you to change your descriptions, I am not going to dissect them for grammatical errors. If you choose to take my advice and change your descriptions, then you should request a follow-up review so we can talk about grammar.
