Domain expires 2012-04-20 and is registered at Name.com.

I will not pay for the transfer costs.

Bid will start at $20, and I only accept LR and Paypal (AS GIFT).

Do you have any stats related to this domain?

Nope, I'm sorry. I can probably get them for you if you'd like. Any specific app you want me to use?

There is no content on the domain, no page rank. Indeed it is a pretty good SEO domain but not worth $20 honestly.

Also, it was listed here for $10 a year ago. So why the $10 increase?

I would be interested in this if the price was reasonable..

Because, that's what I think it is worth.

Maybe he's selling it for $20 because he spent $20 on the domain itself since originally he registered it for 2 years. He's probably trying to make his money back. Someone who is interested in this domain will pay $20, so just be patient nollie. ๐Ÿ™‚

If you need a quick sale thought I'd suggest dropping the price a bit.

I know some people are willing to pay that. I'm not the kind who accepts lowballing hehe.
I had a $25 offer, but the user is now inactive on the forum.

It's okay mate, an offer will come sooner or later. ๐Ÿ™‚

Try to become a bit more active on FP so that people start trusting you more, because sometimes it's just a trust factor since you are a new member. ๐Ÿ˜€

Well, if you're willing to take the risk that you might not find a good buyer until after the expiration. ๐Ÿ˜› As I agree that you may get a better buyer in time. But who has the time/money to spend on 1 or more renewals?

There's long time till it runs out ๐Ÿ˜‰

But to the regular buyer, each day you come closer to the expiration date, making it easier for him to request it at an even lower price.

Those who are serious with their websites, and projects.

Actually, it's those who have the money and time. ๐Ÿ™‚ But yes, if you have those, it's good for you to wait.
