Appearance (First Impressions):
Overall, I really like the look of the homepage. The template looks very professional and I'm sure is a big hit with anyone looking at the the site. However I do not really think the banner would make it clear that your site was a gaming site. Also the Christmas list click here thing doesn't look good at all and you don't need a capital C on click. Another thing I've noticed is that in ''Coming soon'' on our sponsors, not all of the C is there. Generally though, your site looks good to anyone visiting first time.

Layout: I really like the layout of your site overall. However the site maybe has one or two things that could be changing. I would put news before community on the navbar and also in quick links I wouldn't put contact before community, I would probably put contact to the bottom. The forum however has no real issues with layout.

Number Of Members: You have been open for around 40 days and you have 155 members. For a gaming site this is very impressive and it means you are getting almost 4 members a day. Keep up the good work!

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise):
You have 1984 posts. To be honest this is not as impressive as the member count and you don't have a very good post to member ratio. You could start more interesting topics to get member's attention and get them posting more. Or alternatively you can do things like 20/20 post exchanges and that will hopefully get the ratio up. However 2,000 posts in just over a month is still good and you deserve credit for that. Also your posts seems of a good quality.

Moderation: It seems generally you are well moderated and the majority of staff are active. However it seems you need some reviewers, and currently you have none. This area needs improving but other than that you are doing well in terms of recruiting staff.
