Let me start off by saying - as soon as I saw your url - I thought that it was going to be a amateur board (not that I'm saying it is). My reason for this is because you have a .co.nr domain *(which is free) and too me looks like your not really bothered out about your forum. (Just an Impression 😀)..
You have google ads on your forum which are in a good position in my opinion. Are you using the googleAdSense program or are they there because your using a free host?
The first category as way too many forums in my opinion and looks rather untidy. Try splitting them into different category's - which will make your forum more tidy. " Moderator Applications (Closed)" not a big fan of this forum.... you pick the staff and you shouldn't really let people apply.... You must have a family member who is willing to help - which is better as you know you can trust them.. (or can you? :lol🙂
For the last category .. why not have... site feedback as a forum...
The skin is very nice (as it's too do with gaming) and goes well with the CSS background colour.
Finally - you have a good amount of members ... however, there doesn't seem to be activity from everybody as there are only 1 or 2 topics in each forum.....
Do a few changes to the site and then mass email all members letting them know your new changes and maybe they will want to stay.
I love the skin 😀 I'm not just saying it because it deals with gameing but if the Wii thing wasn't at the top I would use it for my forum. Also I agree about the too many forums under one category. Also include the gadgets section into the section with sports and everything. Don't make a big deal about gadgets as it's not what it is about.
I suggest make an accessories forum to discuss accessories (no kiddin) for systems.
the skin looks very nice, and the place is starting to look pretty active.
normally, i'd criticise forums with ads, although i have to say the ads on your forum fill a large area of blank space.
one thing i would change on your forum is the page counter at thew bottom of the page, there are alot of them out there which would look nicer with your theme. Also, your led scroller color would look better with light blue text.
make these changes and you might find me on your forum 😉

And about the hit counter,the reason why i picked that hit counter is because its cd's,which are like game cd's.So i am going to leave that their for the moment.
I might remove the chat-box soon,i will think about that one.
