Heya guys,

Thought I'd post this up, to get a few ideas/opinions.

Basically, the layout of the clan is like so...

[BL-Adm] Clan Administrators
Manage the entire clan

[BL-CS:S] Divisional Administrators
Manage the division for Counter Strike: Source:
  • Mange the Teams
  • Manage the server
  • Manage the members
  • Organise events
  • (etc)

[BL-CS:S-1] Team 1
These members are members of our Counter Strike Source 1st Team. So all they have to do is turn up to events and take part in matches.

[BL-CS:S-2] Team 2
These members are members of our Counter Strike Source 2nd Team. So all they have to do is turn up to events and take part in matches.

[BL] Members
Casual members who aren't in a team.

Registered Members
Non-Clan members/members who've yet to apply to join the clan.

The reason for the tags at the start of each group, is because it helps on STEAM (and in game) to know who's part of what group/level.

What I'm wondering if whether or not it's better to name the relevant admin groups either:
  • Administration (eg: Divisional Administration)
  • Administrators (eg: Divisional Administrators)
  • Admins (eg: Divisional Admins)
Any help/advice is welcome.
Also, any ideas on how I can improve the whole group layout is welcome. 🙂

On my clan site I have Administrator/Clan Leader, Moderators who run practice and recruit, then members. I like to keep it simple.

Does your clan only play one game, or does it play multiple games? Also, does your clan have Game Servers?

Just the method you suggest is what we've tried to do in the past, but our members seemed to get confused by it, and didn't know who was doing what.
