So i've decided after my Birthday in two weeks i'm going to buy myself a XenForo license and set up a general gaming forum. Yes, it is definitely an over made forum niche but i figure, i'm a gamer, it's what i love and i can just work on it over time, even if it goes on for years without getting overly popular, as long as i'm happy working on it.
As for the domain. I want a really nice, obvious domain, something simple. I really wanted something like GameBB.com / .net or GamerBB.com / .net but of course, they're taken. Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreicated.
I don't mind the RealGamerBB one actually, made me check if RealGamer.com was taken, but of course it is. Defintiely top of my list for right now though. I'll just want and see what others can think of. Thanks for your input 🙂
I do like iGamerBB as well. I think the reason the word real appealed to me was, that it could give a feel of like.. The Real gamer, just someone who loves gaming. Not someone who takes everything serious as maybe pro could suggest? Real feels like it's just for everyone who loves any type of gaming because they're the real gamers.. If that makes sense.
You could try something a little more abstract, e.g. yellowgames or go with a completely made up word, that is memorable and easy to both pronounce and spell.
