I have bought a new gaming domain name and it's ready to be used

I am going to be using phpBB.
I want my forum exactly like this > http://www.thetechgame.com/Forums.html

Not the same boards/category's etc, I love the layout.
Can anyone help out as I am not an expert with phpBB.

Well good luck, because that doesn't look like phpbb.

Also if you have no experience with phpbb why are you starting a forum with it?
