Your Quick Review
Pros:
- Having the video center is a great addon that every gaming community should put into their forum and or website. I think though you should look into adding more games not only to the xbox360 so if someone is looking at your forum they notice that your an all around gaming community that offers everything.
- The actual design is neat and original which I like it also gives it's unique feel as well. I really enjoyed seeing how you used the skin to format a more unique design altogether.
- I like the features that you are offering to your users for example a video section regarding different consoles and game genres is amazing! A couple more cool features is the photos section and the files section all giving users a bit more to have while being a member on your forum.
- The forum layout other than not having a classic section is perfect you cover all the basic grounds of having a gaming community. One area that I think you should add that I didn't find already labeled is a graphics section every gaming community has one of these.
Cons:
- The shop left me at an "bored" era. I mean I don't know if you can do anything about but make the shop one of the most used spots why? Because if people want to buy things they need points which I'm assuming you need posts to get points? So defiantly look into adding either things people can buy or finding a mod to do so. I understand that you already have things to offer, However maybe offer more things going towards a users profile so they can have a reason to stay and help the forum community at the same time.
- You should bring in classic places to your forums as well. Maybe call them Oldin' Days or something like that this is when you could put in Atari ect.. Most communities enjoy talking about the consoles that well started it all.
Final/General Thoughts:
Your site could be the next biggest thing for gaming if you keep with it and keep adding stuff that other gaming communities don't offer.

The lack of videos it seems as you just copy and paste links so it shouldn't be that hard to add them.
Other than that couldn't find any major problems with your forums, That I disliked.
