I really like your organisation - in fact, I might give your Rep for it. It's more or less perfect, and that's what I like to see. You've actually thought about how the forums are going to look in what category, and with what subforums, and that's an excellent Administrative quality.
Your logo really goes with your forum's colour scheme and style, and the orange is striking at first but fits in well. My only criticism would be that there is toooo much grey. You've got a nice orange and then about 3 different shades of grey going on - I suggest you try different combinations, but keep the majority of the forum body that grey.
