First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Forum look and layout is getting better each time. The colors really do the forum justice, with a great matching theme all around. I see a very tine hint of border lines between boards; but i think maybe using a color shade just a little darker than the current color, will seperate them a tad bit better.
The banner works great, the text in it stands out perfectly; and easily showcases the forum for all gaming. The icons, as well, are a nice tough for the forum. Though, it is kinda confusing on which icon means which.
My one gripe about the actual look, is the forum width seems a little too wide. May just be my own preference, but it is much easier on the eyes when the forum body doesn't strecth from one side to the other. Leave a little empty space outside the forum, this also helps tighten up the forum body, and eliminates emtpy space in your shorter board descriptions.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
All i can say is; you've listen, and listened well. Each new visit I make, the forum gets netter and tidier. Your Site Information category is prganized how it should be. And each following Gaming category, and boards within, are layed out quite well.
Under Gaming Later, I would place the off-topic baord up top, and place the Shop board in the middle. You may prefer it otherwise; but i just feel, for off-topic categories; the off-topic board should always be placed up top. That's really all I have to comment on.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
You've done admirably tweaking and getting the forum looking it's best. But it seems maybe you haven't been spreading the word so much lately. Remember, no matter how good your forum looks, or how much discussion it offers; it's not going to matter if noone ever finds it. Advertising is the key to success. Be sure to look out for other clan forums, post and advertise in your sig, as well as other gaming forums.
Your statistics are good, they're just not that great of an improvement. Plus, only seeing about 4-5 members online the last day; with a few boards that have had no replies within a week or two. Need to be sure to keep these sections alive qwith fresh and new content to discuss as often as possible.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
With 2 admins, you're already set in that department. I don't see a global mod; but I really don't see the need for a news reporter; when I'm not seeing much gaming news being posted. Unless that title specifies a different tasks. And, thumbs up for getting Kik on the graphics staff. I didn't know she was available for hiring.

Your staff is doing very well with moderating forums and maintaining their activeness. And most are keeping up welcoming new members as they arrive.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Well, much more improvement, especially on staff's quality of posting. Nice not to browse around and see an over abundance of text and smiley posts. Post and topics were actually pleasing to read through, and seems discussions are alive and well with the much better signs of quality posting.
I still feel your board descriptions to need a little extra depth in each one. They just read like they were posted up real quick; and kinda get right down to the basics. Which is good; but it's also good to add creativity to them as well, and make them sound more inviting.

Final Remarks:
The forums is really shaping up; but, you really need to dive head first into the advertising world, and explore all your options and angles for advertising your forum. Get the word out, that's the key, noone's going to find the forum, or join, if they never even know it exists.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
The whole matching theme. From the skin, banner, and icons. Everything synced up very nicely.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
There's not much bad i can say; but would probably have to be the inactive boards within the past couple of weeks. Need anything posted in them just to at least make them look active for when guests view the forum.
How could I get you (The Reviewer) to join my website?
For me, lol, slim the width, just a tad, even if only 10-15% taken off the default size. I do need to try and get over there; I'm just so wrapped up in so many other things, my foruming activity has been getting slimmer and slimmer by the day.
