I am looking to sell my gaming news and reviews website. This is an established WordPress blog which has a premium theme. I am selling this as I do not have time to run it on my own so I have joined a friend with his blog (GeeksHut.com).

Design
LU has a great premium theme. 'LeetPress' is designed for gaming, and comes with an attractive review system as well as a host of features not found on many other WordPress blogs. If you need to know if it has something in particular, just ask.

Content
It comes with over 300 posts. However, all posts from myself, ZINC and AndroidOS are redirected to the same post over on GeeksHut.com. As part of the sale you must agree to leave the 301 redirect on. There are plenty of other posts still on the site and available to read on LevelUnlocked.net.

Staff
I can't promise that any of the current staff will stay, but there is/was a team of staff who may return.

Domains
LU has 3 domains - .net, .biz and .info. All will be pushed to you.

Stats
LU usually got on average 3,000 unique readers a month, but this figure fluctuated a lot. A forum would boost hits.

Graphics
I have loads of graphics, banners, wallpapers etc on my computer which I will send over to you.

Social media
LU has a Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest which all have a decent following. You will be given all of these.

Payment
I accept cash only, and a reserve price of $350. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Is that site currently have any revenue?

What's a starting price that your looking for?

I've only recently started with ads and got about £15 last month. And I'd like a three figure sum.

Slight change to the sale, I've updated the OP.

Would you remain as a writer once it is sold?
No, but I could do some guest posts every now and again if I had time.

EDIT: I have updated the OP.

Would you be willing to sale just the .net domain?
With the site?
"just the .net domain" would imply Kevin only wants the domain, not the site. 😉
Ah, just wanted to clarify if that meant dropping the other two domains. But if you say what Geoffrey is saying, I will only sell it with the site.

Still for sale! An excellent website here with great potential, don't miss out!

Hi Jamie,

I am interested in a purchase here, however, I would have some terms that would need ironing out. Firstly, I wouldn't be willing to leave the redirects up. I hope you understand that it would be of no benefit to me to have links on the site redirecting to competing blogs. So that would be out of the question for one.

Secondly, I would need you to send me some traffic stats and earnings proof before I considered an offer. I am willing to meet your wanted price of £xxx.

Thirdly, I would need to know which domain registrar the domains are registered with beforehand so I could make sure I can receive them correctly and tailor my offer appropriately.

Please send the relevant details to me via PM.

Thanks!

Hi PPF. Thanks for the interest, but I'm going to have to decline straight away as part of the deal is to leave the 301 redirects there. Thanks anyway though.
