Dude not too many posts above posted $120 and you said will be in touch soon... If you were offered $400, why didn't you take it?
Because I'm letting other people offer, and I want to make sure I sell to the right person rather than just going with the person who offers the most. I care about the future of the site equally as much as the sum.

So I'm assuming that you don't see me as the right person then, because you mentioned $400 offers, yet moneys' not a important to you. Have you seen my Xbox 24/7 Blog with the forum? I'd be adding a vbulletin forum to the site to help build a community behind it. But if that's not enough, then alright. 🙂

I said they are equally as important 🙂 I want the right buyer but like I said I'm not going to accept a very low offer 🙂 thanks anyway though!

So what's your price? If you just tell people what your price is, you might have better luck selling.

Should have taken the $200 bid.
Why should I? It's not what I wanted, so I shouldn't have taken it.
Because the longer this goes without a successful sale, the less your site's worth becomes. The 'news' posts are less important. The 'reviews' posts are now ones among hundreds and thousands. And finally, yet most importantly, the traffic you're boasting is slowly leaving and forgetting about the site. At this point, anyone buying LU would be basically launching a new site in terms of the level of work required to start it back up. $200 would be more than a fair offer at this point. It may not be what you want, but you can't always get that.

I completely agree. You probably won't ever find someone who's willing to pay what exactly you want for a site. If its unique and does something that other sites don't and you think it has lots of potential in the future, then sure go for the more money.

But for a blog in an already over populated niche about gaming, $200 for your blog as it sits now would be a good amount IMO. Its just my opinion though. I know you've been advertising it around here for a while now, I've made offers and when I seen you pass up on the $200 offer, I felt like speaking up and saying you should have taken that offer. You probably won't get another $200+ offer, but you never know. Good luck with the sale.

New content will still be added up until the sale. I will then be available to post on a pay-per-post deal.

How's your traffic looking compared to the time you PM'd me?
About 3,500 unique visitors 🙂 So pretty much the same but I've started posting on it again so I expect it to rise soon.

This website is still for sale. Comes with site, domain(s) and social networks.

Judging by your 2 auctions, you have plenty of interest in the site. The price is the only thing holding you back from selling it.
