Appearance (First Impressions):(14/20)
From first impressions, Your Forum looks great, The Skin looks very Professional, The different shades of the dark colours blends really well. But most of the adverts you have on the forum are bright colours, and it messes up the whole look of the forum since it brings all your attention to them. Another thing i have to point out is the Big youtube video on the indexpage, although the video is great, and a nice way of advertising i dont think it should be put on the indexpage, its too big and looks ugly.
Ill give you 14/20 out of this, as its all there, just a few improvements and it should look great!.
Layout: (18/20)
Your specially named forums to match the genre of the forum are great!. It really makes your forum look original. The rest of your layout looks in order. Theres not a lot id change myself, so ill give you 18/20 for this.
Number Of Members: (9/10)
331 Members is a great number of members by anyones standards.
maybe do a Referral competition to get your current members to bring in members. Keep up the advertising, and im sure the members will keep on rolling in!.
Ill give you 9/10 for this as theres not a lot to improve.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): (8/10)
Nearly 10,000 posts. Thats a nice number of posts!
I think for the amount of members you have on your forum your post count could be a lot bigger, The posts per member average isnt too high, Definitely worth looking into!. Try a posting competition, where the member that does the most posts in an amount of time gets VIP membership or something like that.
Im going to give you 8/10 for this as its a great number of posts, but it could be higher! 🙂
Moderation:(8/10)
2 Admins and 5 Moderators is well enough, if not too much, I think 3 moderators would of been sufficient for your forum, Im not suggesting you fire 2, but, id just not hire any more for a while 🙂

Your forum isnt too active, theres a lot of forums that havent been posting in in 5 or so days, some forums havent been posted in for over a month or 2 which is quite bad, You should always try and bump each forum to make your board luck more active, that would help you with your advertising, and should make more members join.

Your spelling and Grammar is perfect, Its obvious you've gone through the forum checking this out, Great work!
