Number Of Members: 8/10 You opened about 6 months ago and have 200 members. This is over 1 member per day, which is pretty good.
Number Of Active Members: 5/10 Not many of your members are active. Only one person has visited in the last 24 hours, and that wasn't you.
Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): 8/10 You have a good amount amount of posts, but most of them are in the end game.
Appearance (First Impressions): 7/10 I have mixed feelings about this part. The theme and the banner are really nice and look very professional. The thing that is killing your appearance is your portal. I would suggest putting the affilates somewhere else, and re-sizing the buttons, as they are all different sizes. The blocks of your portal are ok, I would suggest moving some of them to the center, so that it looks better.
Layout: 9/10 From what I can see, the layout is pretty good, but i would suggest combining some of the smaller forums, so that your index page looks bigger.
Moderation: 10/10 Don't see any visible spam on your forum.
Activity: 6/10 As I stated before, your forum isn't very active, not that many people visited in the last 24 hours. The people that visited yesterday (caboose1681, and PBF) posted a lot, so it looks like the problem that you are having right now is getting your members to come visit.
