Pros
A very nice theme for Zetaboards (as they hold back a lot on templates). Looks nice, crisp, clean and "gamer-ish". A very nicely made logo too!
Great forums, I love the "Gamer's Hangout". It is like a general chat for gamers, very nice. The forums are very well made too, laid out pretty well too! You have a post in pretty much every forum, which will help users jump in for being up for a short time.
Cons
The logo is sort of "War-themed" while your whole forum is general gaming. I would change it to represent the idea of gaming rather than specificity.
I think the forum games and graphics forum should be removed. I see these on almost every new forum and while it will be good to have those, this isn't the time. I have not seen many people who join up and make graphics to post. Removing those would be best to clean up the forum and make room for more worthwhile categories.
Try opening more topics, new members are more likely to respond than to open up a whole new topic. This will help members jump into to conversation.
I'd change the computer game description from:
"Talk all about any time of Computer games in this board; from Windows, to Mac, to Linux.."
to
"Talk about all kinds of computer games in this forum"
Final/General Thoughts
A good forum, but could use a bit of a push.
