First Impressions & Appearance

Your forum theme is just so attractive. It fits your forum's genre perfectly. I am not much of a gamer, but I am really tempted to join your forum just because of its awesome sleek theme. The theme is just amazing, I didn't know it was possible to make a theme look that good with that type of color scheme. I have never been a fan of the color orange being used in a theme, but .Xynic. has really done a great job with the color orange. He made an amazing theme. Oh, and it's custom! It's great to have a custom theme. I have a custom theme on my forum, I know what it's like, it makes you feel special.

Your forum theme just seems so modern; so 21st century. It's unique, it's not using the colors you see on almost every single forum. There is little blue and white. Don't get me wrong, I love Forum Promotion's theme, but sometimes you just get tired of seeing the same blue and white color scheme over and over again. It's nice to see something different, but still attractive. I also like the sleek icons and the favicon. I really like that you have a selection of different themes. That is always nice. Looking through the different themes, I don't see any soft light themes. I think you should have a soft light theme available for those people who can't stand dark themes. I think you need a new affiliate banner to go with your new theme. Your main affiliate banner doesn't match your forum's theme. Actually, none of your affiliate banners match your forum's theme. It's always nice to having a matching affiliate banner to go along with your theme. It's obviously not necessary though. Still, I really love your forum's theme.

Site Layout

I actually like how your forum is layed out. Everything seems to be in its place. I think there are some adjustments that could be made to improve the overall organization of your forum. For one, I don't really understand why you have a sub-board for the rules of your forum. I don't feel it's needed, you already have it located on the menu, I think that's enough. Your forum has the same basic layout I see so much, for the most part. I don't think there is anything wrong with that though. Your News & Information category is nice, it's setup well. I don't really understand why the Gamer's Hangout and the Gaming Discussion are separated. In the Gamer's Hangout category, you have a few boards where you discuss gaming. You discuss gaming, so wouldn't it make sense to have them in the Gaming Discussion category? I think you should merge the two categories. I think "Gaming News" and "Game Reviews" are boards that are hard to keep active, and they would be much more suited as sub-boards. For example, you could have a sub-board in the Nintendo Discussion board called "Nintendo Game Reviews," etc. That would make navigation much easier. I mean, gamers tend to play specific gaming systems. For example, I am an Xbox 360 gamer, so I would most likely go to the Microsoft Xbox Discussion and then there would be sub-boards, where I could share a review of an Xbox game I played. General Gaming isn't too hard to keep active, it would make sense to have it the first board of Gaming Discussion. You could have all those gaming debates in General Gaming, such as the Xbox 360 vs. PS3 debate. The General Discussion category is setup nice and small. That's good, it's the off-topic section of your forum, so there's no reason to add any more boards. I don't think the Debate Center is worthy of its own board, I'd say it's better off as a sub-board in Off-Topic Discussion. The Debate Center isn't very active, so it doesn't need to have its own board. Overall, I think there are many improvements that you could make.

Statistics and Activity

As of right now, your forum has accumulated 2,509 posts and 68 members. Your forum opened back on the 9th of February. So, your forum has been opened for about 4 1/2 months. Those aren't great statistics, but they're definitely not bad statistics. Your forum must have been slow for the first couple months because your forum seems to be much more active than your statistics show. Just about every single board has had a post in it today. That is just great. There is always room for improvement of course, you should try your best to make a post in every single board everyday. It's a big commitment, especially the Game Reviews board, but it's well worth it. It's much more welcoming. One thing that I must take notice to is the whole 68 members statistic. There are many accounts with 0-10 post. You need to do whatever you can to make them active! Send out an email reminder and have a competition or contest with a fantastic prize. If you've got money, you could offer a preorder of the latest video game coming out such as Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 or Madden 12 even. The possibilities are endless; when you offer a free game, the gamers will come. Overall, you have done a great job with getting your forum active. Just keep at it, and your forum's statistics will continue to improve.

Staff Moderation

I went through the member list, and your forum has only two staff members. There is one administrator (You) and then one moderator. You have a very small staff team. This small staff team is getting the job done though. I'm impressed by that. The two staff members are both really active. You both seem so dedicated. I don't see any posts, topics, etc out of line. That shows me that either your staff team is moderating the forum well or there isn't a need for much moderation as of right now. That doesn't mean there won't be in the future though. Only two staff members can do so much, so I recommend getting a third staff member too. Preferably a moderator. I think .Xynic. would be a great moderator. He is an active member and he designed your forum's custom theme. If he wants to be a moderator, you should really consider making him one. Overall, the staff team is doing a good job right now and I would understand if you didn't add another staff member.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism

From what I can see, you are posting with good grammar, spelling, and professionalism. You are the administrator, the leader of the forum. Your actions influence the members. When they see you posting around with good spelling, grammar, and spelling, they will be encouraged to do the same. That is excellent, you are a great role model to other people posting on your forum. Your moderator is also doing a pretty good job posting around the forum, I do see a few mistakes in spelling and grammar, but that's perfectly understandable. Everybody makes mistakes. Your rules page is nice and neat. Reading through it, I did notice that you have a section on double posting, you say it's considered spamming. You also have another section for spamming. I think it would make more sense to just mention that double posting is not allowed in the spamming section. Your board descriptions are nice, but they seem a bit repetitive to me. I mean, you don't need to have board descriptions unique and different from other board descriptions, but you really seem to repeat "Discussions" at the beginning and "here" at the end. Instead of "here," so much, you could say "in this forum" a bit more. You should try to even it out between endings like "here," "in this forum," "in this board," etc. Also, if you look at the General Gaming board description, does "Cross-Platform" need capital letters? I don't think it's a proper noun. Same for the Gaming News board description, "Trailers, News, and Rumors" don't need the first letter capitalized. Overall, excellent work with your spelling, grammar, and professionalism!
