Additional Notes: We've changed from one forum to a network of forums 2 weeks ago, and right now we have two forums in our network:

Gaming Zion Community and Rock Hero Community.

Gaming Zion community connects you to the ultimate gaming paradise, where you can discuss everything including video games on the forums, play Arcade games and participate on Arcade Tournaments, earn GDollar and spend it on the Shop, Watch videos or Listen to Online Music, and much more. We have Game Reviewing team with exclusive game reviews, and we also have GFX department for all your graphic needs!

Rock Hero Community is the second forum made under Gaming Zion Network. In this forum we focus on Music video games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band series. We discuss these games, share tips and hints, challenge with other experts and find friends to play with. This forum is still as a beta and we're working on a downloads section to downloads freeware clones and songs for them.

First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)

I opened the page, and thought to myself, "Hmm, looks like a Futuristic forum". The mix of the Dark Reds, the Grey Gradients and the Black Gradients is very pleasing on my eyes. I like your menu bar you have, with an icon for every link, it looks very good and I suggest if you add more keep going along with it. Those little Tab's you have, well, the grey probably should go, they look a bit dull, maybe a gradient would work well, as I can not think of a good colour to put there. Your new post/topic icons are awesome. They distinctively tell whether there is a new post or not, and look very nice against the gradient background. Up the top, being Logged In, all the Logged In links such as UCP and Logout, are uncapitalised, maybe capitalising the first letter of every word would make it look a lot better.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)

I must say, having those Tabs really helps with your site layout. Saying that, however you could still use some organising around the forum. In your First Tab, Main Forums, you have 2 categories that have 1 forum each, and 1 category with 4. I think making the first 2 categories and Introductions into 1 category would make it look a lot better, and adding the Gaming Section on the first Tab. Move the Off Topic to maybe the 2nd Tab, and leave the rest as is. Looking at descriptions, really, you need to provide AT LEAST 1 sentence for each forum, no descriptions makes your forum look very plain, and very empty.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)

Lets seem, you have been open for roughly 8 months, which is roughly 240 days. You have posted around 7350 posts. That is around 30 posts per day. In the Industry you target, some could argue that is very low, some could argue that your posts per day is OK. Me, I personally think that it is OK. Being in such a targeted niche, competition will always be tough up against the big guns such as IGN and Gamespot etc. 30 posts a day, well, in a non competitive niche, that is bad, but I will give you some leniency because of how many other forums there are out there where users could get more of an experience. You have 160 members, so each member has about 45 posts each. Thats quite a good achievement, it shows you have an active memberbase who post a lot, not 1 post spammers.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)

From what I can see, you have yourself, and 2 Moderators, and also about 4 other staff that do not Moderate. For a forum with the amount of members you have, in all honesty, you have hit the nail on the head in this department. Per member of Moderating Staff, there are 53 members. This is a god ratio, as 53 is quite a low number for 1 Moderator to handle. Looking at posts counts, you have around 4k posts between all of the Moderating staff. They are very active members, obviously, you should praise them for that, seeing as if your forum gets big, they will know they are a big part of it.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)

I think your main issue is not really grammar, but sentence structure.

For example:
Discuss the best games, consoles and everything gaming, seems like you just wanted to add some random stuff

Better:
Discuss everything gaming, including the best game and consoles.

Also:
General discussion and requesting graphics can be done here.

Better:
Discuss or request Graphic's here


If you get what I am playing at, you seem to add more than enough.
