Your homepage is looking 10x better now that you've made those changes. The affiliate area looks great, the banner is AMAZING, and the new skin is also totally out of sight.
Forum Cons:
Homepage is a tiny bit disorganized. Stats don't really need to be on the homepage nor do " Winners " all you need is an area for website news and a welcome message.
Forum is nicely organized now but that advertisements placement is very,very bad looking. I really want to recommend you change the location of the ad. Your welcome message takes a backseat to the ad and you don't want that.

The skin of the homepage, and how you've fixed up the site a lot.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
Placement of the ad on your board index. Another issue is the stats and other unnecessary things on the homepage.

I would join if you fix up the homepage a little bit more and even get the same type of dark skin you have on the homepage on the board index.
