First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
First of all I want to say I really like the new skin, and how it universally appears throughout your site.. this really would convince me as a guest to register, and the black and red colors really give it a gaming feel.
The banner is also excellent, but I think it needs to have one more diverse character. You've got Mario, which extends a hand to the more family/unrealistic gamers, Halo which extends to the more futuristic/action gamers, and a Call of Duty or Medal of Honor soldier holding an M1 Garand to represent more of the historical gamers.. I think you need maybe like a skateboarder gaming character or a football player game character to extend a hand to sports gamers... there are two Master Chiefs from halo existant in the banner but nothing with sports games.
Overall, I think the appearance is phenomenal and really is what you need on such a forum.. excellent work... try to take my suggestion with the banner, though.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
I know I have worked with you on past reviews regarding the layout, and at this point I think it is really looking good.
I have to suggest you get rid of that thing that says " Rank Thread " which appears looking like a subforum in your Announcements board.. that's all I notice in the top half of the forums.
I also have a little suggestion with the Off Topic boards down in the bottom.. I would make your " Entertainment " board which is a subforum of General Discussion into a full board, directly under General Discussion.. and then make Contests a subforum of General Discussion.. to me having a board dedicated to contests like that just doesn't seem fitting to me.
The rest of the layout looks pretty good Logan, I don't see any problems with board configuration or placement other than those things I pointed out to you.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The board was founded in September of 2008, it's now July 2009, which is roughly 9 or 10 months give or take, and you have a total of 10k posts and 200 members.. this really isn't too good. I think you need to kick it up a notch with exchanges and really boost your advertising and promotion.. I don't think this great site of yours is getting enough exposure. Take advantage of the FP services, especially the new Featured Forum service.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I see 5 staff in total, 2 administrators, and 3 moderators.
Going through activity, I've omitted AkaCirce from the review and not counting his activity as part of your grade as he is on break, as you said in the request post.
Both Administrators seem to post significant amounts daily, which is great. Nothing to complain about there.. both of you guys make an effort to welcome new members, also.
Most of your mods seem in good shape to me, with 5 posts per day for one, roughly 4 per day~ for the other.. I am seeing one staff member with only about 1.5 posts per day, and you need to ask him to step it up a bit... I don't name any names in my reviews but I'm sure you know who he is.
Overall, staff seems in good shape.. you don't have too little nor do you have too much.. Good mark here, but you lost a few points due to the low activity of that one Moderator.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Not seeing a lot of problems here which is shocking for a gaming forum

There are a few fractured errors and sentence fragments... and some grammatical errors. I corrected it ( and made some edits based on professionalism, you don't need to mention recent news in your welcome message and you shouldn't put things like " Us Staff " or " Me, the Admin " in a welcome message.

Re-using the word version like that doesn't sound out good while reading it.. try something like this:
Talk all about any time of Computer games in this board; from Windows, to Mac, to Linux.
Overall, other than those little errors, professionalism and spelling are very much in order.

Final Remarks:
Your board is really looking top notch since my last review of it... not a lot to suggest other than adding a sports character to the banner and those few layout and grammar problems.
The new theme blew my mind, and I really love what you've done with the board since my last review. Great job.. feel free to request a follow up after you make the changes.

Nothing stands out to me about what I disliked, there really isn't anything that ticks me off more than an low activity staff member, though.
