Hey everyone,

I have decided to add the new group "Consultants". Only approved users are eligible to join the group, after the staff's permission.

Consultants are allowed to do the following:

  • Give advice to users requesting help
  • Assist users with their Technical Support issues if not already done by a Tech Agent
  • Notify users with tips to improve the speed and performance of their computer
