Good forum. I like to dabble in geneology myself might sign up. Problem is your going to have a tough time of it with all the large established ones out there off to a good start though.

Yes, you're right about it being tough. However, we're planning to setup some different ideas for Genealogy Herald over time. We aren't out to become the next Ancestry.com or anything. But, we wanted to start a tight-knit (or larger) community for people to come and share their stories, photos, and what have you of family or other content in the selected categories on the site.

The only problem we're facing at the moment is finding other forums for Genealogy that have "active" communities. The only one that is decent for that is of course Ancestry.com -- But, oh well, we will keep fighting on!
