It is a custom theme friend, i bought it for a high price..but selling it at $40.

Well envira himself is selling some excellent themes for a max of 20$ here, which are far more functional than this one, it cost you more maybe because you asked for a custom design.
I'd buy this for 10$.

Yes of course I agree, but remember its your custom theme, not ours(referring to any buyer) so we would pay the price for however it is.

That's because all Envira themes look very similar, unfortunately. However it is still a very nice theme. 🙂

$35 is still a high price.. you might sell one. You do realize if you make it around $10, more people will buy it and you will make more money, right?
