General Discussion Forum Brainstorm

I just have one question, that I have been racking my brain over for the last few weeks and have not come up with a solution. The number one problem with general discussion forums is that they do not offer anything new to the average user. Why would people want to post at my forum? What makes it special?

I have brainstormed as much as I can on how to solve those questions, but can't come up with anything. If you have an idea as to what I can do to set myself apart, you can PM it to me or post it here. Although I would prefer a PM, so no one else can take it. I would even shoot you some FP cash for your troubles.

A very relaxed staff team that don't speak like robots. That annoys me a lot of sometimes means I leave.

Well, I'd suggest finding a more unique idea for a forum/website. Don't try and create something that's already been created several hundred times. :/

Unique discussions that I can't find on other forums already. If you have that, users have a reason to visit and even post on your forum. Otherwise, there's really no reason to even join if they have everything you offer on another board already.
