I'm selling a general discussion forum. Reason for the sale is that due to some monetary issues I cannot sustain it anymore and I'm "forced" to sell it.

The package will contain:

• Domain Chaterrific.com (Expires: Mon 01/07/2013) - Free push via NameCheap
• Database (115 members | 4000+ posts | 480+ threads)
• Custom MyBB theme ($70 value by itself)
• Twitter account (80+ followers)

The package excludes:

• Premium MyBB plugin (MySubscriptions) *
• Premium Evanto script (Ad-Seller) *

* I'm not authorized to provide the item.

Any offers are appreciated and will be considered. I only accept PayPal at this moment.

I see if you don't want them two addons in the sale if you want them but if not why don't you just say they are free too whoever buys it (not reselling just giving away)

Because I'm not allowed to provide them for free either and I'm not allowed to sell accounts that have the plugin and script on them - nor I am willing to.

Is there a price range that you're looking at?
If for example I were to buy it, I wouldn't want the theme. Would there be a way to not get that in the deal?

Of course, if someone doesn't want to receive an item then he/she is free to notify me and post their offer for items they do wish to purchase.

However, the smallest deal that I'm willing to make is to sell database and the domain as a package.

I would take both the domain and database for sure if I were to buy it, and then maybe the Twitter account depending on how much you think it's worth.
