I installed the subject prefix and unistalled it. However it left this problem with the. MODs tab on my admin panel.

Don't quote me on this, but it sounds like this is a file or database edit that wasn't taken care of during the uninstallation process. How exactly did you uninstall the mod?

As Pandaa said, how did you uninstall this mod? If you manually deleted them one by one, you may have missed one or there may be traces of the mod not in the mods folder but in the modules section.
