I have always looked to your theme with jealousy
(Though I dont use vB) and its very refreshing to see that you have brought it back. Since you have requested a P2P review, I thought I will take a shot at this.
Theme: Congratulations! You have officially impressed me. I am so much adoring of the header, especially the mouse-over effect which I think is stunning. I have never seen that in any other forums I have visited. The profile block, viewtopic, viewforum, index are all so much good. I think the idea of having a 'view/hide sidebar' buttons in the nav is amazing! (because I hate sidebars!)
Forums: The number of forums are far too less for my liking. I understand that it might cover all topics according to you, but the number of forums are still something i would have increased if it was me. Where would I discuss sports and technology? So you need some extra work in this department.
Unwanted warnings: I am not sure how a forum which has a 'low post count' warning system would succeed. Its like you are forcing the members to post rather than to allow 'chillaxing' if you know what I mean. A more detailed scrutiny exposes the fact that the grammar used in those 'warning boxes' are totally a no-no. You would want to take a look at that

Extra points
- The chatbox takes up any possibility of people posting around. It would be good if you either move the chatbox into the footer space or a seperate page.
- The profile block in the view-PM page is very much cluttered. Please do consider changing that.
- Where do I get to see the statistics and online user list?
- I like the effect that you have applied to the search bar in the header. Amazing!!
