Free is something that you do not have to pay for with any form of physical money or any form of currency so technically this offer is free.

Free:
exempt or released from something specified that controls, restrains, burdens, etc. (usually followed by from or of ): free from worry; free of taxes.

This has restrains and burdens in order to be done, therefore, it is not free. Even if you wanted to use this definition:

provided without, or not subject to, a charge or payment: free parking; a free sample.

Then this is still not free, as there is a certain type of payment (us doing something for you) that needs to be carried through before we can get the posts. No where in ANY acknowledged definition for free does it specify that a payment has to be through a currency, so your title is very misleading in order to get more views.

OT: I might try and download it shortly, these sites usually don't work for me though (e.g., I continually have to keep doing surveys and never get to download).
