not all of this has profiles or you just join, but theres high quality backlinks avaiabe in there

the links below all have profiles

bookmark it and join them and get your backlinks in your profile. do as much as you can everyday, rebookmark it and go back to it. participate in the sites you relate to

then go thru these lists and join everyone and get your backlinks in your profile. post whatever you can on every site

find more lists, just google it

social network lists, high pr lists, do follow lists, whatever
